A smaller Iowa gambling hall is the Diamond Jo, a water based gambling den in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 slot machines, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend river boat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slots, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa water based gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is available all hours, with 24,939 square feet, 1,100 slot machines, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. paddle wheel boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slot machines, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday chemin de fer tournaments.

Iowa casinos provide an excellent amount of tax money to the commonwealth of Iowa, which has allowed the bankrolling of many state wide activities. Visitors have increased at a fast rate accompanied with the requirement for companies and a growth in jobs. Iowa gambling dens have contributed to the growth of the economy, and the enthusiasm for betting in Iowa is across the board.
